What is it?
It is simply a list of all the important information that you need to know to run your family life. In some households one person does all the finances, while the other handles the medical stuff. If one person dies or becomes incapacitated, the other, on top of all the shock and grief, would have to figure out when to pay the credit card, or how to claim the insurance. How to make one?
